Our executive directors are responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of AlterNATIVE. Headquartered in New York City, NY, our team works throughout the year to plan for AlterNATIVE’s summer program. They spend months coordinating with tribes, applying for grants, budgeting our program, training volunteers, and planning new and engaging lesson plans for the students we serve. During the summer, our facilitators travel around the United States to manage our program in each community AlterNATIVE visits.
